To fill the space on the cornor of Warren and Detriot whre in the past several years many resturants have failed. I designed a multiporpuse sapce that has a retail space with a small lounge a space for a small concrt and a workspace locted in the back. The retail will be a cycling of online retailers to give the small business a chance at a store front while keeping this location something also new
