With an ethos of fresh and authentic, Athidi aims to bring the best of Indian flavours to the residents of Wiesloch, Germany. We believe that the decadent Indian food is a labour of love, keeping with this belief Athidhi's entire spread is made fresh, in-house with the best of local produce and without any artificial flavours.
Visual Branding:
The Athidhi logo is an elegant, yet simple type-driven mark, partially inspired by Hindu deity, Ganesha who is usually placed at the entrances of Indian household to bless the guests and ward off any evils. To depict the the Indian guest experience of "Atithi Devo Bhava" or "Guest is equivalent to God" the tittle of the "I" acts as the tikka (the tikka is a red dot of vermilion paste applied on the forehead).
Pan-India Identity:
The hosts being Telugu speakers, we want them to be able to tell their stories. Introducing regional logotypes in Hindi and Telugu so we could talk about our PAN-India influence as well as our story.
The menu is an amalgamation, a celebration of authentic flavours and locally sourced produce.
