Chalk Wall Illustration

In my new design course for Lynda.com you'll see this chalk wall illustration in the background on many of the videos shot in my studio set. So I decided to post some pictures of the studio wall so you can see it up close.
The design course is called "Foundations of Logo Design" and this wall reflects many of the insights I share in the course. Logo design is more about thinking than it is the actual building of a logo graphic so the focus on most of this walls illustration is geared toward thinking and your mind.

This chalk wall illustration is what I like to call a "Super Doodle." I just start drawing and open up the flood gates and just let it flow. Very little forethought goes into these. That's what makes them fun to draw.
Creating images that reflect and diagram thought I find intriguing. As much as science would like you to believe they have it all figured out, ideas are still at it's core a very mysterious phenomenon.
No clue what this one means? I like it though.
This is a short promo video for my design course "Foundations of Logo Design."
