This half-page advertisement appeared in Government Leasing News, an industry publication with high circulation to prospects and clients in the government real estate industry. The objective was to create an ad concept that identified the challenges in government real estate and promote the unparalleled service offering of the Colliers Government Solutions team. I developed the concept, researched stock photos, wrote the ad copy and designed the advertisement.
