Elevation Eatery
This restaurant is a lodge for guests visiting the mountain range. It was built after the area started to become more popular by tourists so its design is sleek and modern. It was built into the mountains, with much of the restaurant's interior being hidden by the cliffs. The dining rooms facing the outside overlook the mountain reserve and live animals. Guests can see other visitors embarking on guided treks across the land. During the fall and spring with it becomes colder, propane heaters will be used on the outdoor dining patio to keep guests comfortable. In the interior rooms where guests cannot see outside, digital effects and large screens will be used to create the illusion that guests can still see outside.
Design Elements:
The interior and exterior of the restaurant are designed to look sleek and modern. A wide flight of stairs leads up to a check-in area outside of the entrance. For guests with limited mobility, an elevator is available underneath the check-in patio. The restaurant is one of the more upscale dining options in the park, and while it has child friendly options, much of the food is catered toward adult and older family groups. Other options in this land, and other lands within the park, offer sit down and quick service that is much more child serving.
The theming within the dining rooms keeps to a classy lodge style with windows that allow guests to look out over the mountains. The dining rooms inside the mountain structure use digital windows, similar to the Be Our Guests restaurant at Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World.

Entertainment:
Much of the entertainment comes from the food and theming of the restaurant itself. There are no live shows or characters that occur. Guests overlooking the mountain trek attraction can watch the animals and jeeps. Guests in interior dining rooms will be presented with a storm ever 40-60 minutes. Depending on the season, guests will see either a thunderstorm or a snowstorm. This event will not disrupt the lighting or noise inside the dining room, to not scare children or make conversation difficult.
Cuisine:
The food will be presented in courses as fine dining. One price will be used for the entire dining experience that includes soup or salad, appetizer, main course, and dessert. Several options will be presented for each course to account for different tastes and vegetarian and allergy needs. The food options are meant to encapsulate dishes from mountainous regions from around the world. Once more outsiders began visiting the reserve, the owners of the lodge realized they needed to accommodate for travelers from far away.
