Driver Onboarding Education Videos
When a driver enrolls in Ola, he undergoes a period of training during which he is taught how to familiarize himself with the use of his Ola app. The app gives him details about various aspects e.g. How to get a booking? Where and when is he more likely to get customers? How much has he earned during the day? etc. But since all drivers do not have the same education or level of comprehension it takes some time getting to be proficient at using the app.
I have designed this video which will make him proficient. I have thus kept my video simple, very easy to understand, and makes it possible for the driver to go back to it anytime he needs help.
I have worked on the art direction, conceptualisation and the storyboarding. The animation was done in collaboration with an in-house animator.
