Pacific Theatre's Cinerama Dome is a movie theater located in Hollywood, California. Designed to present widescreen Cinerama films, it opened November 7, 1963. The Dome continues as a leading first-run theater. The original developer was William R. Forman, founder of Pacific Theatres and Welton Becket, American modern architect who designed many buildings around Los Angeles.

Cinerama Dome operated under ArcLight Cinemas and the Hollywood location was considered the company's flagship.
The New Beverly Cinema is a historic movie theater located in Los Angeles, California. Housed in a building that dates back to the 1920s, it is one of the oldest revival houses in the region. Since 2007, New Beverly has been owned and operated by filmmaker Quentin Tarantino.
Richard Anthony "Cheech" Marín is an American stand-up comedian, actor, writer and activist, who gained recognition as part of the comedy act Cheech & Chong (with Tommy Chong) and as Don Johnson's partner, Inspector Joe Dominguez, on "Nash Bridges." Cheech has also voiced characters in several Disney films, including Oliver & Company, The Lion King, the Cars series, Coco and Beverly Hills Chihuahua.

Pink's Hot Dogs is a landmark hot dog restaurant in the Fairfax District of the city of Los Angeles. This world famous hot dog spot is on North La Brea Avenue, across the street from the Hollywood district on the east. Pink's was founded by Paul and Betty Pink in 1939 as a pushcart near the corner of La Brea and Melrose.
The Theatre Ace Hotel DTLA is a 13-story highrise in downtown Los Angeles, California.This location contains the historic United Artists Theatre, a flagship cinema house built for the United Artists motion picture studio. Now completely restored and renovated to serve as a luxury boutique hotel called Ace Hotel Downtown Los Angeles, the building features 182 rooms, a pool, restaurant and three bars, as well as the restored movie theatre.
Cinespia is an organization that hosts on-site screenings of classic films in and around Los Angeles, California. Launched in 2002, Cinespia shows films from the 1930s through the 1990s... mostly in open-air settings at historic locations. Its most popular series runs weekly from May through September on Saturday (and occasionally Sunday) nights at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery.

Hollywood Forever Cemetery is currently a full-service funeral home, crematory, and cultural art center which regularly hosts community events such as live music and summer movie screenings. One of the oldest cemeteries in Los Angeles and located in the Hollywood district.

John Carpenter is an American filmmaker, screenwriter and composer... one of my favorite artists! I got to see him perform in concert on October 31st, 2017. That's right! John Carpenter played "Halloween" on Halloween!!!
It's very cool making memories in the palms of our hands.

There are days when I'm inspired to pull out the iPhone from my pocket. I will capture images for blogs, or maybe snap a pic to post on Instagram? I'll take pictures for fun, for memories, for something in the future. I'll wait until that perfect moment of natural light during the day... but at night, anything goes.
