The first drawing was one of the ones I was debating on choosing when deciding what I wanted to make a logo for. I eventually was inspired to do a "Party Love" logo that would represent democrats and republicans coming together and working through things logically. for the final design I wanted to try and turn the elephant into an R and the donkey into a D for increased clarity. In the middle is actually the libertarian symbol to represent the ideology that kind of brings the two together in a way.
