PHOTOGRAPHY PORTFOLIO
This first collection is an assortment collected from the past three years attempting to capture a sense of fleeting youth and adolescence. The subjects are friends and acquaintances, all roughly my age, trudging through higher education to whatever waits on the other side.
This series is comprised of on set photography, taken during filming for the short 'Goldfish' in Spring 2019. The film was made at the Edinburgh College of Art, directed by Laurence Jenkins.
Below is a collection inspired by an essay on 'The Burning Light', exploring the relationship between nature, light and human creation. Taken during an exchange in Auckland, New Zealand.
YELLOW HELEN BAND PROMO PICTURES - The below photographs were taken by Ellen Beskow in 2019, with myself as photo editor. Each photo, being in a new location, required a different tone. The photo in front of the wall, for example, has been colour shifted so that the blues become more purple, contrasting with the yellows.
