Vision Hill is a New York City-based, digital asset fund of funds with a desire to lead companies into the future of finance 2.0.
After establishing a strategy based on the idea that Vision Hill is the arbiter and expert guide for digital assets, we developed a logo and identity that speaks to the company vision for leveraging and maximizing this exciting, new asset class.
Inspired by programming iconography, the logo’s iconmark is composed of two three-dimensional brackets fused together as one window subtly emulating the shape of a diamond eye. The mark’s geometric character and physical impossibility (via optical illusion) recall the timeless reliability of golden age financial brandmarks while also feeling clean, modern, and forward.
The dark grey connotes intelligence and formality, and a sense of leadership that stems from years of experience and a depth of expertise. The dark green represents value and wealth and established stability and growth.
Transformed by the directional forms of the brackets, the new colors have a new layer of meaning with the dark grey representing the past (finance 1.0) and the green representing the future (finance 2.0). The green arrow means “Go” and in only one direction: forward.
