Benny is a table puppet, inspired by a 70's Israeli children's song named "Bad Boy Benny".
Character - Benny is a playful and rebellious 10 year old boy. He Dislikes parents, teachers or rules.
He loves girls, causing trouble, and dancing like his idol - Elvis Presley, twisting his pelvis and showing off.
Benny's Design was inspired by the rough, charming style of John Travolta, James Dean and other bad boys of their time.
The Puppet - Designed for Table Puppetry, Benny's parts are made of maple wood, painted by hand.
The joints are made from a rubber thread to provide the operator with maximum range of movement, using minimum effort.
The rubber thread is uniquely knotted to limit the body parts from bending the wrong way.

Benny was displayed at a temporary exhibition in Holon's Theatre-Puppet Museum in 2012, and later that year in a temporary exhibition named "Toy Warehouse". He was also feartured in a Toy Design catalogue.
