For this project we were assigned to create a GIF. I was a bit hesitant to start this assignment since I never created a GIF, but I was eager to challenge myself. As I was scrolling through the images, I came across this unusual photo of people looking at a billboard. I thought it would be humorous to have the people watching the billboard as if it was a television.
