A Lemon is a long-established company of traditional “ChenPi Lemon Syrup” from Hong Kong 30 years.
The development of the “ChenPi Lemon Syrup” using Lemon, Rock sugar, Orange peel and boil for 8 hours without adding a drop of water. Our mission to think about how to retain the traditional Hong Kong food, while also promoting it to people from different cultures in the world.
A Lemonは香港発、伝統ある陳皮レモンシロップの30年の歴史がある老舗企業です。「陳皮墩檸露」はレモン、
ロックシュガー、オレンジピールを使い、水を一滴も加えずに8時間煮詰めたシロップを開発しました。商品は香港の時代感を保つまま、世界の異文化の人々にも広めていくためにはどうすればよいかを考えることが今回私たちのデザイン課題でした。
