"Picard" - Main Titles pitch. Prologue. (2019)

This instalment of the 'Star Trek' story finds the the titular figure in his autumnal years. Retired, and with time to reflect upon his life, his days are haunted by loss and past mistakes. 

A mood of introspection seemed fitting for this sequence, and a colour scheme evocative of the dying day tinges the frames with a faint sorrow and nostalgia. I wanted the sequence to play like a collection of fragmented memories; at once indistinct, poignant and somewhat dreamlike.
