Jonas Bornat, better known by the pseudonym Sun7, is a French urban artist born in 1977. He discovered the world of New York graffiti in the early 1990s, and then began to mark the walls of his city. Now he shares his time between Lyon and Paris. Sun7 is inspired by its creations of martial painting, Arabic calligraphy and Latin tattoos. His work is centered around words, letters, and calligraphy. Image and word are therefore subtly related in the anthology of color. Poetry intervenes in the heart of art and the streets of major cities. Sun7 uses various supports, such as canvas, metal or panels.
