The Book

Exuberâncias da Caixa Preta Charles Darwin
This book is a follow up of the exhibition Exuberâncias da Caixa Preta Charles Darwin, held at Museu National de Soares dos Reis between 17th of December 2009 and 25th of july 2010. The exhibition is at the core of the book but further layers were added.
Hence, the book compiles texts by different authors who were challenged to reflect on themes related to the exhibition and three short films: Pertubações and Música e Emoções were commissioned to the exhibition; and Emoções, Darwin e a Cidade was presented at the conference ESOF 2010, in Torino, Italy.
