ESPONTANI

Espontani is a Xarel·lo variety wine made by Anna Zahorodnya. It comes from some vineyards of the Penedès of more than 60 years old. Harvested by hand, it has been spontaneously fermented one part in a cement egg and the other in a stainless steel tank. Once the coupage has been carried out, it has not been clarified or stabilized, it has only been subjected to a very soft filtering.

Wine made with very little sulfur.
