"Talking to the Moon"
09.02.2020
Pinewood panel, modeling paste, acrylic

Sometimes there are moments when a thought comes to mind and that's it, it doesn't go away until it comes true. This is exactly what happened to me with this moon.
The process of painting was started on a full moon day, and therefore, I think this moon has been especially saturated with the lunar energy of that day. Charged to appreciate the past, to thank for those moments that happened in life, to look at yourself from the outside, and remind yourself what is really important for now and continue moving in this direction.

And my puppy Maya looks so pretty doing her wolf role as a part of this Moon project 🐕😌
“Ocean kiss”
2020
Acrylic, sand, shells
16 in x 22 in

This picture appeared in early January, as a projection of my desire to be near the ocean. And later the idea came up to soak a picture by an oceanic salt breeze. And it happened in March.
I think it’s important to find a place where you can rest our soul and fill up. Where you feel every flow of emotion and rush of positive thoughts. A place where you don't think about past and future affairs. A place where you can stay at the present moment, and belong only to yourself.
For me, this place is the ocean. But not only it.
“Blue Wavering”
2019
Acrylic

Every effort is not in vain.
Even if this is the smallest effort in the world, but it's aimed at the benefit and achievement of your cherished goals. Step by step.
It's like a constantly flowing river that doesn't standstill. It doesn't stagnate in the lake, and then the swamp. The river runs and sharpens a stone. The river is time and energy, the stone is the result of everything. And if the river flows, the stone takes the desired shape. And the result depends on how fast the river flows in you.

I like to paint with liquid acrylic because you never know what the result is. And at the end of the picture, I like to find interesting figures, a kind of game with imagination.
“Dreams come true”💫
2019
Acrylic
16 x 22 inch

This artwork is of particular importance to me.
Returning to the times of life in Ukraine🇺🇦, I was thinking and dreaming about what my life would be like overseas. In my imagination, I had a picture of a bridge, and the life near the water, I knew that I would live in Pennsylvania, but where exactly not. And I drew myself little sketches of my dreams.
At that time, in July 2019, I could not imagine how what was designated on paper was translated into reality.
And now, after a while and already being here, walking in the fall for the first time to meet the dawn by the Delaware River, under the Benjamin Franklin bridge, I saw a unique moment ... As the sun cuts through its rays through the granite towers of the bridge. It's so impressed me, so the idea came up to paint this moment in abstract style.

Why am I all about this ... to the fact that it is necessary and important to allow yourself to dream, and it is desirable that the dreams be at the level of fantasy🧚🏼. Dreaming and transferring your thoughts from head to paper, and most importantly, are not afraid to change, thereby changing everything around you.
