Lauren Rolwing created these illustrations for the latest instalment of sportswear brand FILA’s P.L. Rolando collection. The limited edition collection revives archival looks and designs from FILA’s original Creative Director Pierluigi Rolando’s sketchbook as worn at the 2019 French Open by tennis stars Ashleigh Barty and Diego Schwartzman. Lauren has illustrated the players and the collection in action, with particular attention to capturing the unique style and individual technique of the two featured athletes.
