Sample wireframe for State Government web portal project. Project scope was to expand previous single web page access to include multiple capabilities to apply for service, make payments and update case data such as address and bank account information. 

My role included defining the processes for requirements and design and defining the UI, wireframe template, and working with the users to design all content. I worked with the design team to generate several hundred wireframes including a sitemap and requirements traceability matrix. 

This site map provides a functionality overview for citizens using the site. Each screen was mocked up via wireframe and traced to detailed requirements defining site functionality and subject to the full cycle of testing from unit through UAT.  An RTM sample is provided below. Each requirement was linked to related designs, components, tests, and defects.

Some functionality such as the application capability required development of flow diagrams as illustrated below to invoke modular web pages driven by user input.
