Block Training é uma metodologia de treino.

Esse novo estilo de treino é uma mistura entre Crossfit e academia, e a principal vantagem é que o treino é dividido em blocos, que trabalham grupos musculares individualmente, e o aluno escolhe seus blocos junto ao coach, podendo combinar movimentos e integrar forças. No briefing com o cliente foram eleitos 06 atributos principais dos programas de treinamento da Block Training: movimentos intensos, com menos volume que o tradicional, aproveitando o pico de energia ao máximo, nos poucos minutos de treino. O aluno participa ativamente na escolha das infinitas possibilidades de treino, gerando assim uma maior integração com o coach e equipe.

No total são 08 blocos, mesma quantidade de blocos presentes no símbolo da marca: Push, Pull, Desblock, FullBody, Core, Legs, Cardio e Haw.

Atualmente, Block Training está presente em duas cidades e tem planos para franquia.

This new style of training is a mix between Crossfit and gym, and the main advantage is that the training is divided into blocks, which work muscle groups individually, and the student chooses his blocks with the coach, being able to combine movements and integrate forces. In the briefing with the client, 06 main attributes of Block Training's training programs were chosen: intense movements, with less volume than the traditional one, making the most of the peak energy in the few minutes of training. The student actively participates in the choice of infinite training possibilities, thus generating greater integration with the coach and team. In total there are 08 blocks, the same number of blocks present in the brand symbol: Push, Pull, Desblock, FullBody, Core, Legs, Cardio and Haw.

Currently, Block Training is present in two cities and there are plans for franchising.
