A photo illustration project for the clothing company, Goodseed. Creating key advertising content for their brand to help narrate the company's message that their clothing is more than just another shirt or article of clothing, but the reforesting which is supported to maintain a better environment for future generations. Goodsee commits a portion of it's revenue for planting new trees for the apparel which is sold.
“Welcome to Goodseed Clothing! We’re a local southern California based clothing company with a love and respect for nature and the outdoors. Because of this, we donate to trees.org for every item purchased.
Why the name Goodseed? A great and wise master once told his disciple to leave behind the good seeds for the coming generations, not rotten fruit.”
On social media sites, you’ll always find them using the tag line…“Buy a Tee, Plant a Tree”
Throughout the creative calls with Goodseed and discussing different concepts to express their brand and products, we settled on one of our first ideas, to create human forms out of trees so the trees are wearing the companies clothes. There was a story there that needed to be told and the story needed to have great visuals that could support it. I was honored to be part of this project, to create a small library of images for the company.
