网易人工智能事业部主打以人工智能技术服务对内、对外客户的部门。用户人群对内是网易体系下的其他业务及产品（游戏、音乐、电商、翻译、邮箱）。对外是2C：20-40岁有良好教育，对人工智能产品感兴趣的用户人群，还有2B：各行业领先，并致力于人工智能来优化他们现有产品的企业。品牌个性有创造力、自由、有人味、智能、自我驱动、年轻有活力。

解决方案：

重点体现关键词: 对话、聚焦、代码括号（科技）主要围绕上面的关键词来处理“AI”，AI两个字母形处理为括号，意指程序员的代码括号，代表科学的规则体系，象征着网易AI智能服务网易体系，且给予网易强大优质的内容生态系统。品牌的后期延展也是主要围绕着代码括号来延伸，整体应用比较灵活、多变、自由、智能，具有活力。
