for the healthy shawarma brand

GURMAN SHAURMAN (gourmet shawarman) is the Moscow project of the restaurant holding Bulldozer Group, conceived together with DJ Smash. The place is located in the center of the capital of Russia. The main message of the brand is “Shawarma can be Healthy.” Among the fillings, there are avocado, rocket and quinoa, farm beef and crab meat.

The company mascot based on which the logo is created is the gray-haired Earl Shawarmay, youthful and athletic. He is into surfing, loves tasty and wholesome food.
The signature graphics are based on tropical leaves, the traditional pattern of Hawaiian shirts and beach dresses.
Both the mascot and the corporate style pursue the concept of the place. According to the founders, this is a place for joy and entertainment, where eternal summer reigns. Inside, there are bright colours, surfboards on the walls, tropical plants, and palm trees. Beach music plays here: Cuban, Hawaiian, chillout hip-hop.
The charismatic thought-through mascot emphasizes the festive air of the place and, together with the logo, creates the holistic image of the brand.
The restaurant works at full capacity and feeds visitors with delicious and healthy shawarma. If you come to try it, you should know that besides shawarma in "Gurman Shaurman" you can buy donuts with powdered sugar. The owners found an old Soviet donut machine, repaired it, finished it, and now they fry those same donuts. Aloha!
