The Usual Suspects

At the intersection of biology and technology there is an undeniable friction, an incompatibility which both man and the machine try to evolve for and correct. The result of this collision is Counter-intuitive... Distorted... just Weird: We've become amazingly accustomed to the flashing lights and smooth buttons, but maybe we have yet to forget the world which existed without them. Being so familiar and unfamiliar simultaneously results in a sort of fugue state; we exist in a reality of both the water and the oil, mixed together till they're all but indistinguishable. Both, and neither. All, but also none. This is my attempt to capture the intersection of flesh and computation, and while it's not based on the prettiest subject, I think it also resulted in some cool patterns.
