Dolfin Hotel is a fictive 'budget brand hotel' for the Belgian chocolate firm of the same name. The hotel has a taste lab, where new series of chocolates are exposed. Each chocolate is named by a street in Brussels and is available on a specific time of the day. An application on iPads offers the visitors the ability to look for more information about the blends and the streets. They can also comment on the chocolates, note ideas for new blends and write stories about the areas they visited.
