MIRIAM: a custom textile design
Custom illustration designed for a playrug for a baby girl named Miriam
In the end we decided for a textile that could be used as a rug or as a decor for her room, something that can grow with her and serve a different function in the upcoming years.
I printed the illustration on a sturdy organic cotton, easy to wash, with a nice rough texture
The texture of the cotton enhanced the pastel colors of the illustration
attached to the main illustration I made a set of miniprint with sea creaturer pattern, ready to be hanged on the walls of her room but easy to remove is she will eventually grows out of her love of every swimming creature.
