Identification of Mental Issues  |Seat Change.
There is an interaction with visitors. I will mix face pictures of “mental patients” and “normal people”. Then, let visitor choose which one belong to “mental patients”. Visitors will never known if they have a correct choice. Because there is not right or wrong answer. But they will receive a “ symptom recording” with some conversation, drawing or poem by me or someone who might have “mental issues” or not.
The key of this interaction is  that I completely blurred the line between the mentally ill and the normal. And when people make choice, they will realize it’s a hard thing to distinguish which one is from “mental illness”, even though through the picture of face or poem or drawing. Because when you see content of these “symptom recording”, it like work by poet, artist or philosopher. I hope this interaction could dispel some of the stereotypes about mental illness to some extent.

Take the London bus for 2 months, I observed and recorded what happened on the bus. Give boredom meaning, show people some social elements what they usually ignore to see: sound, perspective. . .
On the London bus, I can see some seemingly "strange" passengers more easily than in China. So I started to pay more attention to this kind of people, such as passengers who have been singing loudly all the time on the bus, passengers talking with empty seats, and passengers shaking his body on the bus. .

In a sense, other passengers may also think that I am strange. But in fact,  there is not strange, just that everyone stands on their own perspective. In this narrow bus space, everyone has their own different Self-concept, Thus setting up their own discourse. In our , most people or people who have the right to speak have their common cognition to form order, but there is no right or wrong.
During the field trip,  I made a video to show what I thought and watched, a singer who toured on the bus, a poet who created poetry, a contestant performing pole dance, and someone monitor us in somewhere and so on. .

I met a men in bus136
He sang something loudly all the time
Passengers looked at him
with a weird expression
I can not hear clearly what he was singing
It's might be a poem
Or a beautiful sang
