The Farmaeco project investigates the correct disposal of expired medicines. Medicines that we all have at home, but which are not always properly disposed of. Often outside the pharmacies there are already bins, dedicated to the collection of expired drugs, but it does not always prove a winning solution, in fact inside it is usual to find blister packs, leaflets, empty packs and not expired drugs. Hence the customer's request to develop a system that works without the use of these external containers.
With these inputs, Farmaeco was born, an initiative that aims to control the flow of people who go to the pharmacy to throw out expired drugs, with the aim of regularizing and creating a community among users, offering good discounts to those who they decide to follow this initiative.
