THE STORY BEHIND
Photos
When this project was assigned to me, the main instruction was to give it an "Apple-like" vibe: clean, simple and straightforward. With those things in mind and with the limited time and resources given to us, our team ventured out into the streets of Makati CBD to discreetly take lifestyle photos of the device. Other photos were taken inside the office with the help of our co-workers as models. All photos were taken with natural light as the only light source and white cartolina as main backdrop while screens were added in post.
THE STORY BEHIND
Website
Netbundy website relies heavily on photos to show off its features. To add flair, the logo symbol is deconstructed and tilted to serve as decorative elements. Fun fact: the main male model of our product is also the web developer of this website.
THE STORY BEHIND
Technical Drawings
With no experience in complex illustrations, I took the challenge of creating technical drawings for the device in order to showcase its technical specifications in a more interesting way. All these were made from scratch and were achieved by placing the device in a desk while playing around with the different angles and drawing it in Illustrator. These images were used in the website and in the quickstart guide.
THE STORY BEHIND
Icons
To be consistent with the simple approach of the design, I opted to use line icons. It's clean, easy to create, and flexible on any background.
