Limerick County Council Headquarters is a low energy, civic office building located in Limerick, Ireland. 
The principal objective of the Limerick County Council Headquarters at Dooradoyle was to provide an environment that helped to reach the goals of "Better Local Government - Programme for Change." These goals include the effective delivery of a wider range of public services, public accessibility and accountability; to reflect the primary role of the County Council: to serve its public, to reflect and foster ease of communication among staff and with the public and also to meet and reflect the social and cultural aspirations of the community.
There were also environmental aims:
• To set high environmental standards in terms of sustainability and energy efficiency
• To create the best possible working environment for the staff.
• To provide an architecturally appropriate civic building which reflects its civic importance and which will enhance its immediate environment
