Background
Society deems sexual pleasure as something that revolves around penetration and the penis. It is becoming a male-focused skill due to the media’s portrayal of pornography. Thus, it is the societal indoctrination that female sexual pleasure is something that they are supposed to depend on men, making them secondary when it comes to sexual pleasure.
Problem
Society uses the words sex and intercourse synonymously, relegating clitoral stimulation.
Objective
To empower women that sexual pleasure has benefits in beauty and wellness, internalising it as a part of their self-care.
The Idea
Self-care starts with you and is V(i)tal. This project is all about taking care of yourself first, having bodily agency.
Female sexual pleasure has always been linked to being dependent on men. V(i)tal on the other hand, is about educating and empowering women to prioritise themselves.
