These are studies of computational design techniques and algorithmic art for 3D visualizations. The animations are one - or - two day studies focused on using python scripting and touchdesigner to generate interactive geometries and keyframed effects. There are experiments in keyframing scale and rotation, creating repeating elements, and even randomly extruding polygon faces to imitate a spiky seed pod.

Touchdesigner and python scripting also pairs nicely with Houdini,  Grasshopper and Rhino to create complex shapes and textures that retain relation to the whole.
