Low poly city | Wuppertal
I have made these 3D models for a small VR game that introduces users to the sights and attractions of the city Wuppertal in Germany. The most iconic sights in the city are built in a VR enviroment so that the user can make a virtual tour in Wuppertal and visit its attractions.
The target group are both children and adults who would like to experience Wuppertal as a low-poly-mini city and want to learn something about its sights.
I have decided to make the 3D models in a Low-poly style and tried to recreate the sights with as few polygons and colours as necessary to show the visual recognition value of the sights without completely rebuilding them.
