One Hour of Five Days Standing
The intervention took place in a part of Trg Slobode (The Liberty Square) in Osijek next to the sculpture
that people of Osijek usually through laughter call "the Radiators". The author stands next to the sculpture,
from 27.12.2017., untill 31.12.2017., every day between 11 in the mornig until noon hoping for a new and
a better start of the new 2018 year.

The body is always stranded to the sculpture.
For an hour the author is listening on repeat the song "Get me away from here I'm dying" by Belle and Sebastian.
It was important to stand, to commemorate the sculpture which is still called names although it was 16
years since the sculpture was placed in Osijek. It was important to make this modest body intervention as
an act of confrontation and as an act of refusal of everyday normalities set by social community.
The sculpture was made by Koraljka Brebinić, Mirko Buvinić and Maja Furlan Zimmerman in 2003.
