Skyscanner - Unsolicited redesign

For this project, we decided to redesign Skyscanner's app. 
We started from the users’ reviews in the App Store to understand their needs and what they identify as pains and pros. Once we identified some of the main pains and goals in the UX, we made a Heuristic evaluation of the app, according to the ten principles of Jacob Nielsen,  to evaluate the user interface.
Based on the information collected, we decided to not completely change the UI/UX. Our main focus is to improve the overall flow and experience of the app starting from two of the four sections present in the app: Search and Explore.
