I designed this poster to inform people of the importance of accessibility and universal design in regard to employment, specifically for those with hearing impairments. I wanted this poster to look modern and sleek, like something an employer could post in their workspace. I broke this poster down into categories that discussed the issues individuals with hearing impairment have with employment, why these things happens, what they effect, and what we can all do about them.
