Passaic Bergen Water Softening has proudly purified and softened water for homeowners and businesses all over North Jersey since 1954. With an unsurpassed commitment to integrity, value and customer satisfaction, Passaic Bergen Water Softening has positioned itself as northern New Jersey’s go-to resource for residential and commercial water softening and water purification. Passaic Bergen Water Softening’s expert technicians have decades of combined experience in treating all types of water issues, from iron removal and hard water correction to UV protection, reverse osmosis and whole house water filtration.

Passaic Bergen Water Softening experienced a decent amount of growth in the years since 2004 but kept afloat an outdated, mismatched communications program that not only confused customers but gave hope to their competitors. Even more troubling, the company went through a name change that was not expressed clearly across all media. Even Passaic Bergen Water Softening’s website was not in sync with the rest of the organization resulting in poor visibility, consumer confusion and little added value.

Enzo Creative analyzed all of the company’s existing marketing materials and made broad recommendations including a brand new website. After extensive research we redirected or modified old and outdated listings on the web. We redesigned the website to include freshly updated messaging, and we implemented comprehensive analytics and aggressive, trackable web advertising. All marketing materials and advertising were redesigned and rewritten to give the Passaic Bergen Water Softening brand a fresh new look and clarity of voice.

With many real-time tracking tools in place we’ve been able to keep tabs on virtually all of Passaic Bergen Water Softening’s marketing materials and media placements. With this knowledge in hand we have also been able to learn even more about their customers and modify on-the-fly how the company communicates with them. After Passaic Bergen Water Softening’s new website went live, unique visitors increased 100% month to month, and the average length of time spent on the site also rose.
