This editorial design is a collaborative project, it takes a look into old Emirati neighborhoods.

The magazine starts with two spreads about the old social lifestyle. Followed by pages about old architecture from the different types of buildings - like mosques and supermarkets- to the architecture details of the doors and windows. The design implements line elements that enforce the grid. The main grid in this editorial was based on the design of an old window metal shield.
