中秋“無中生有”是什么？
通常的中秋，放假3天，举国同庆，家人团聚，朋友聚会、闺蜜旅行、兄弟干杯，
这是無，已無节日。
节日的定义是什么？
当代的情况是“放松”为主，生活的压力，工作的压力，需要得到缓解。
所以节日就慢慢的变成了一个放松的日子。
而原本中秋节的初衷是“以月之圆兆人之团圆，为寄托思念故乡，思念亲人之情，
一个开心快乐的团圆节，通过一个传统节日给中国人带去了很多团圆的回忆。
团圆时常与陪伴相连，陪伴不仅在节日，更多的在日常。
日常的相聚、日常的饭桌、日常的电话、都是一种相聚一种陪伴。这是有，是有情！
做事做人都是如此，百年的品牌，做事的方式更是如此。
我们选择不在“中秋节”送出这份礼物，
就是希望大家可以在日常的时间里多给自己找一些放松的方式，
一个晚上的聚会，一个小时的游戏，一个吃月饼的时间，
让心静下来，放空自己。
也可以在日常的时间里多给家人一些陪伴，
一个周末，一顿晚饭，一通电话，
让陪伴成为日常的点滴。

We chose not to give this gift on the Mid-Autumn Festival,

百饼园月饼 / Mooncake Garden
百饼园，始于1930年“福建金牌老字号”，从建立开始亦是从無到有。
仅是做饼这件事，一做便是一个世纪。
90载沉淀的老手艺，显然更有“礼味”。
莲蓉蛋黄月饼 / Lotus seed egg yolk moon cake
每年中秋制饼，从端午一过便开始了。
原料是我们一直追求的，这份礼，要求更多，如下：
自家糖浆，10年老配方，6小时铜锅熬制，
耗时60天转化，只有甜度达到110°的糖浆方能色泽均匀，清甜醇正。
湖南湘潭寸三莲，100%莲子配比糖油打磨成馅，
不做任何添加，慢火烹调成沙滑绵软的白莲蓉。
洞庭湖畔新鲜白鸭蛋，精心预处理，
12小时花生油浸泡，52°高度白酒浸制杀菌，
180℃高温烘烤30分钟，蛋黄油光鲜亮，醇香诱人。
2：8皮馅黄金比例，230°高温二次烘烤，
精心选材，匠心传承，百年如一日的坚持，
成就了这一口重温儿时中秋的味道。
一饼一传承，一味一中秋，一口一回忆，
这饼承载着90多年对于一件事的坚持。
这就是“百饼园”。
不之名“月饼” / No Name "Moon Cake"
对于香膏摆件，我们的初心基于
“ 一饼一传承，一味一中秋，一口一回忆”，
如何将传统延续，如何将情感传递，如何将记忆留存。
所以我们选择了香膏，它可保存一个世纪。

为了1：1还原月饼外观，我们摒弃传统香薰蜡烛的方式，采用无烛芯的设计。
原料是我们一直追求的，这份礼，要求更多，如下：
为了让香膏在不同环境里不会融化，我们将蜡进行拼配。
原本大豆蜡的熔点在50°，我们将其提高到65°—75°。
这需要将天然大豆蜡与天然蜂蜡拼配作为基底， 将膏体硬度提升。
并需要在65°的高温下进行融合，当温度超过也会影响效果。
天然大豆蜡、蜂蜡严选自国内一线工厂的纯天然植物蜡，
而蜂蜡自身就被誉为天然的空气净化器。
为追求月饼的造型，加大了脱模的失败率
我们在失败中不断尝试，最终成功率只有60%
为同月饼烘焙出的色泽相同，每个月饼都需人工多次晕染上色。
一个”月饼“从注蜡入模到成型晕染上色，通过9道工序。
需要耗时6-7个小时才能完整呈现，且保证香膏完成后健康环保无害。
