While working at Yggdrasil Gaming's Lab I have led the Table Games project from early concept to late development.
Some of my duties included:
– Leading an internal development team
– Product Management
– Managing the project
– Coordinating the work of 4 external studios
– Art direction
– UX and UI design
The game is available in online casinos all over the world, but you can play it for free here:

Character modelling
The same team from Black Studios then sculpted the models and rigged them. Some motion capture snapshots can be found at the bottom of this page where I show the development progress.
Environment concepts
The concepts for the interior of our small casino room were provided by Blaze Reel Animation, a Maltese studio specializing in 3D videos.
Environment modelling
A Romanian studio, AMC Pixel Factory, brought the environment concepts to life.
UI Design
I created the early UI design and worked on the game flow with our internal team. The results can be seen below. Later, Edisonda, a Polish UX studio redesigned it and provided the final look – it can be seen in the game today, so feel free to follow the game link to see how it changed.

Gameplay chart
Here's a chart showing our gameplay stages that I have created for the devs to use as a basis for the game's logic. This required me to become quite well versed in BJ ruleset, which ended up losing me some money at a few casinos.
Development work in progress
The Table Games project spent over a year at the Lab of Yggdrasil Gaming. We formed an internal team that was later transformed into an independent product team that finalized the production.
The game started as a very general concept of a table game that I sketched while still working as an Art Team Lead at Yggdrasil's studio. Find the development milestones below.
Hope you enjoyed this presentation!
Again, the game can be played here:
It currently has two spinoffs:
