Brief: The core audience we are talking to is men and women who appreciate the best. They are always buying the best rather than the cheapest.  For them value for money is not buying the cheapest ( less for less ); it is buying something that offers greater value for which they are willing to pay that little extra ( more for more ).  They would drink Scotch rather than Indian whisky, Absolute rather than Smirnoff, and at least Yellow Tail rather than a Sula. 
Bottled water for them falls into their overall view on beverages in general. They are aware that there are many bottled waters but don’t really see the difference.  Sahara Q is premium quality water that feels better, looks better and tastes better.
