Nacka Port
The competition proposal for Nacka Port developed by Arkitema Architects seeks to demonstrate how sustainability can be effectively integrated in the urban setting, creating a sustainable lifestyle for its residents and visitors.
Through a design that strengthens the identity of the area, the project is organized in two distinct levels by lowering the common areas to the south which include a market, restaurants, shops, a gym and coworking spaces, allowing the two residential towers with 353 apartments, communal terraces and private balconies to organically emerge in the north side.
