Physical Distancing
In this moment we need to avoid contact with as many people as possible, working from home and stop going to public spaces with groups of people for a while. The symptoms are not the same for everyone and even if we feel great we might be able to spread the virus to someone who is LESS STRONG THAN US and simply more vulnerable. DON’T GO TO CROWDED PLACES, NOW IT’S TIME TO DO SOCIAL DISTANCING!
Follow the rules and don't panic
Hand sanitizers, masks, soaps, detergents, toilet paper… one common mistake is to attack supermarket and buy stuff in bulks, leaving empty shelves by the end of the day- in this moment we need to unify as humans not be selfish, Let's not panic and let's follow simple rules.
Sing Madonna while washing your hands
Let’s start from the basic rule: WASH YOUR HANDS OFTEN.No matter how modern and good the health system of a country is, doctors have to deal with an incredible number of sick people - the number is increasing and it’s contagious. Nations worldwide have completely reorganized their hospital system, nurses and doctors are overwhelmed. We can all do our part by not spreading the virus, so let’s start from basics
Avoid crowded places
We know how hard this is going to be wether you live in a remote village wherever in the world or in a big city as NY: we need to contain the Coronavirus and washing our hands is not enough, we need to stop going to crowded places and maintain physical distance from other people. Let's spread the word not the virus.
STAY HOME!
Don't medicate yourself without prescription
Doctors and researchers are working hard to find a cure and vaccine against Covid19, do you want to make their job easier? DON’T TAKE SILLY INITIATIVES on your own, don’t get antibiotics or random pills in panic as if it’s as easy as eating a sandwich!
Don't touch your face
AVOID TOUCHING EYES, MOUTH AND NOSE! Droplets of coronavirus can land on surfaces that we touch with our hands and we constantly touch our faces without even thinking about it… imagine to have thousands of pins allover your hands… and DON’T TOUCH YOUR FACE OR OTHER PEOPLE’S (well, that is always annoying)
Cover your mouth when you cough
Any droplets coming out from your body could help the spread!Let's start from basics.
SOUVENIRS FROM HOME for when we will be finished with the quarantine!
