Archipelago
A photo series from the Åland Islands
Located between Sweden and Finland in the Baltic Sea, Åland Islands is a relatively unknown part of the Nordic countries. Consisting of some 6700 islands of which about 80 are inhabited, there is a lot to discover in this endless archipelago.
While traveling with the ferry between Sweden and Finland, I was lucky enough to get the perfect conditions for some minimalist photography, all straight from the ferry decks without even setting my foot on land!
