Festival Horse
Eduppu kuthira/ Kala - is a gadget made of woods widely used in south Kerala during temple festivals.It is a mode of paying utmost faith to a deity, expressed by Hindus usually an offering to Lord Shiva. These are 70 to 80 ft. tall and exquisitely designed structures are seen leading massive processions, with traditional percussion instruments providing the perfect accompanying orchestra. Large crowds gather to either carry the structures on their shoulders or see them placed on gigantic chariots.Really a mind blowing view for people.
