OVERVIEW
Summary
Voya Investment Management, otherwise known as Voya, is an American financial, investment and insurance company. They thrive on delivering research-driven strategies and advisory services, that their goal was to create an identity that would stand out against their sister branch, Voya Financial. Based off a series of interview insights and customer feedback, the challenge here was to create an identity that maintained the core values of the company, but also stood out from the other branches within. To reach a broader audience, additional personality traits needed to be pulled forward in order to make this goal achievable.
