Origins

Day four of Isolation.

As another day passes, isolated against an invisible enemy, I started to reminisce. For as long as I can remember, I loved taking photos. A feeling, thought, or emotion captured in time. So in this isolation, I decided to go back. Back to where it all began. My backyard.

As I wondered through my backyard, I'd shoot any and everything I could. The sound of the shutter fluttering off in the distance whilst my imagination fills my memory card. After this I'd scramble back to my parents so they can bask in what I thought was 6000jpg master pieces.

One thing in particular always stood out. The small things. Tiny plants, seeds, pebbles and hidden gems in the form of puny life forms. Hidden in small cracks, and average boulders these life forms riddled with patterns lie dormant for their moment in the sun.
