"Khaled" is a well-known chef based in Tehran. He doesn't believe that a chef's logo should include a white hat, a mustache, a knife, a belly, and other common stuff that nowadays is used widely.
As a result of this idea and his special name, it has been determined that the logo be a combination of his name, sense of food, and, of course, his sauce plating skill.
