One of the elements of design I utilized here was movement, Axl's hand is moving on the keyboard of the laptop. This pertains to the story because it shows Axl in the process of creating a song from scratch, particularly adding plugins and making things sound right.

Some of the principals of design I utilized here were balance and unity, there is a sense of balance and unity between the guitar and the laptop as Axl maintains hold over both objects.  This pertains to the story because it shows the developmental process of writing a song.

One of the elements of art I utilized here was lines, the lines of the strings, on the rim of the guitar even the lines of the tattoos on Axl's fingers and the straight lines of the desk.  This photo pertains to the story and is relevant because it shows Axl tuning his guitar, and important part of writing and creating music.

Some of the elements and principles of art that I utilized were lines, balance, and unity, the balance and unity of guitars all lining up together.  This pertains to the story because it shows the diversity in instrument you can have with just one simple instrument and shows an important aspect of the songwriting and development process.

One of the elements of art utilized here is rhythm/movement, evident through the movement of his hands/fingers as he is playing.  This is important to the overall story because it shows him brainstorming a riff for the song, and practicing said riff before recording and finalizing it.

These last two photos go together, the depth of field changing in each photo.  This is relevant to the story because it shows how important each aspect is, the technology and the creator, without the technology the creator would have MUCH more work to do but, without the creator the technology would be useless.
